Care, with clear boundaries
What we can treat at home.
The van is an exam room, not a hospital. That is exactly what makes it a good fit for many everyday veterinary needs.

Most pets do better where they already feel safe.
We can see your pet in your living room, in the van in your driveway, or wherever they settle most easily.
At home or in the van
We can help with
- Wellness exams and vaccines
- Sick visits for ear infections, itchy skin, limping, coughing, and vomiting or diarrhea when a pet is still drinking
- Blood and urine samples, with results by phone in 1 to 2 days
- Heartworm and feline leukemia/FIV tests, run in the van in 10 minutes
- Arthritis and pain plans
- Microchips
- Nail trims for pets who fight the car
- Whole-household visits for homes with several pets
A clinic is the better place for
Some needs require more.
- X-rays and ultrasound
- Anything under anesthesia: spays, neuters, dental cleanings, and lump removals
- IV fluids or an overnight stay
- True emergencies
When a clinic is the right next step, you will not start from scratch.
Dr. Quenby sends her notes and any lab results to your regular clinic the same day. If you do not have one, we can give you a short list of nearby clinics taking new patients.
